Rubi by CDW App
Background
CDW’s first native app, Rubi, was built by a newly assembled, lean team of designers and developers working on two parallel tracks for 6 months. As the lead designer on the mobile team, I sharpened and designed the vision for the MVP (and post-release) app experience by leveraging behavior analytics and prioritizing customer insights.

The Problem
IT Ops and managers don’t have the flexibility to maintain productivity on the go by handling essential tasks like approving and tracking orders, resolving account issues, and reviewing quotes.
The Outcomes
Piloted and launched a native app with a 68% return rate and an average order value of 3K - a 62% increase over the website.
